P.C.H.

Are you confused?
Well, it's okay. Don't be. It's all fine.
This is me, though.
.
I would tell you what's wrong with me, but that would be a long list.
In short, just know, I'm a bit of... unexpected-ness.?
.
Life is sorta funny. It gives us bumps in the road.
I am starting to believe that life gives us lemons when we least expect it.
I think I'm right.
.
Any who, I've been having health problems since I was 13.
They didn't actually become a bother until I was 14.
I had a seizure.
It was, intense. To say the least.
.
Now, I am 17. & I am still struggling.
Today will be day 10 that I have been "unfit" to attend school.
Awesome? No, not really.
This is nothing like a vacation.
.
Parents broke the news to me slowly.
"Nat, if this continues, you're out of PGHS"
Okay, yeah not very slowly.
Basically, I have a week. If I'm not better by then, then, See ya ol pg.

hi.

My name is Natalie Awhina Keay Britsch
I was born in Provo, Utah on December 18, 1993.
I've moved about 15 times, & I like it.
I cheer for BYU, but I will be attending UofU.
I want to get an MBA.
I like surprise visits.
I hate being home alone at night.
I work at Cold Stone in American Fork.
My neighbor is a cop, & that comforts me.
I'm not that smart, but I try really hard.
I believe we all carry a sob story with us.
I may not know you, but I probably like you.
I enjoy people watching.
When I'm around people I don't know, I'm very quiet. I like to watch.
If you know me, I hope you like me.
But, if not, I don't care enough to try & change your mind.
I love music. Though I'm not a musician.
I love having a boyfriend. But I am not looking for one.
Fresh laundry out of the dryer, is a pleasure from heaven.
If I get to heaven, I imagine Ava Maria will be playing.

twice a year.

this weekend, i had the opportunity to watch General Conference.
i love General Conference. the leaders of this church, talk to me.
.
unfortunately, i had work sunday evening.
but, i decided i would put on a smile, & act like i wanted to be there.
it was fascinating.
.
when serving up ice cream, we ask what flavor & mix ins they'd like.
after that, it gets a bit awkward cause customers just stare at you until their ice cream is finished
which is why i like to engage in conversation.
i ask, "what did you do today?" yes, simple.
i was surprised how many people said, "well i'm lds, so i had to watch general conference, & i figured i deserved a reward."
.
i'd like to publicly thank all of the LDS customers i saw yesterday. you guys sure made me smile. for more then one reason.
